Enterprise For Success is a project to encourage new business start-ups and to help young businesses grow and thrive. The programme is funded by partners of the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership and part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
Bespoke, tailored support available to all potential new businesses and those looking to help their early stage business grow and develop. Delivered by a team of professional business advisors for enterprises which will trade in Redditch, Bromsgrove, Wyre Forest, Solihull, East Staffordshire, Lichfield, Tamworth and Cannock.
When signed up to the programme you will meet with a highly experienced, regionally-based Blue Orchid business advisor who will:
- Listen to your idea and work with you to design a support strategy for your start-up
- Offer tailored one-to-one support
- Provide practical advice such as registering your business, business planning, cash flow management etc.
- Identify relevant, free Enterprise for Success business workshops
- Assist with start-up grant applications

MANABIKA WELLBEING
Dionne Reid started Manabika Wellbeing in 2017 and works with a variety of clients. When starting her business, Dionne required support to help build her confidence and move her business idea forward.
Enterprise for Success helped Dionne overcome challenges such as researching the market, writing a business plan, managing cashflow and developing networking opportunities. Having her own personal mentor and attending relevant courses ensured she received the right kind of support to grow her business.

MOSAMOSA
Fahima Jilani started her own Asian fusion food business, Mosamosa in 2017. She faced many challenges such as writing a business plan, setting her price points, marketing her business and much more.
Enterprise for Success provided Fahima with the support she needed as a business start-up. She was paired with a business mentor, attended the 2 day start-up masterclass and, via the programme, secured funding through Worcester Council to help her kick-start her business. Fahima continues to receive support from her mentor, helping her to continue to grow her business.
