Cheshire and Warrington Access to Finance and Grant Programme
This programme provides the SME business community across Cheshire and Warrington with a variety of financial related support to help them grow their business. Services including: Access to Finance seminars, grants towards Access to finance consultancy and grants up to £15,000 towards the costs of strategic consultancy projects which will enable the business to unlock future growth within their organisation.
Business Energy and Efficiency Programme (BEEP)
Funded by the Cheshire & Warrington LEP the Business Energy & Efficiency Programme will help small businesses based in Cheshire & Warrington to reduce energy use, improve efficiency, lower costs and contribute to the reduction of Greenhouse gas emissions responsible for global warming.
Providing a range of services including:
Free On site Energy Audit from a qualified energy surveyor
Detailed and tailored energy saving and carbon emissions reduction plan and advice for your business
Grant funding towards new capital equipment, building fabric and other items that can reduce energy use or generate clean energy and increase efficiency of between £2,000 - £20,000 , representing 40% of your project total.
New Enterprise Allowance
Helping the transition from those receiving benefits into self-employment, the New Enterprise Allowance Programme provides detailed and bespoke business advice, guidance and mentoring to help those aiming to start a new business. Blue Orchid deliver the scheme for Merseyside.
Bespoke, tailored support available to potential new businesses and those looking to help their early stage business grow and develop. Delivered by professional business advisors for companies which will trade in Redditch, Bromsgrove, Wyre Forest, Solihull, East Staffordshire, Lichfield, Tamworth and Cannock.
The First Stop Shop for impartial business advice and guidance to help enterprises thrive in the Cheshire and Warrington area, assisting them in navigating the business support landscape.
A £13m business start-up and support project in Greater Manchester. The programme operated over a large, geographically dispersed area, with multiple stakeholders.
The Response to Redundancy project was a UK/ESF funded project to boost skills interventions for individuals under notice of redundancy, those recently made redundant and those unemployed, supporting them to gain the skills necessary to re-enter the labour market.
Springboard Cheshire offered support to newly unemployed (0-3 months) adults and young people. Individuals did not need to have any barriers to employment. The programme was able to provide an immediate, flexible offer for people to be successful in the current climate. The focus was on upskilling, career change, growth sectors and stable employment with the addition of links to other programmes so that anyone out of work could get support.
The #GrowMySME Programme delivers products of the Humber Business Growth Hub and is supported by the European Regional Development Fund 2014 – 2020 Programme to enable small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to grow.
